Justin Weigel is the Artistic Director and Founder of TrailBlazing Productions, where he champions bold, boundary-pushing theatrical work. His career includes work on Broadway and Off-Broadway, with additional credits in Chicago, and London’s West End, including Be More Chill and The Secret Garden. A proud member of the Off Broadway League, and Dramatists Guild, Justin has collaborated with industry luminaries such as Tom Kitt, Randy Graff, Christopher Gattelli, Jerry Zucker, Warren Carlyle, Len Cariou, Joe Iconis, Lucy Simon, and Marsha Norman.

In 2020, he co-founded Saltbox TV, the first streaming platform designed for older adults. As Creative Producer, Justin led content curation, licensing, and original series development, working with    A-list talent including Ed Asner, Henry Winkler, Kevin Bright, Jim Burrows, Treva Silverman, Lea Thompson, and Tommy Chong. Justin secured Mr.Asner as Saltbox’s inaugural spokesperson, marking his first professional writing credit in direct collaboration with the late legend. Saltbox achieved significant growth during Justin’s tenure, expanding to ROKU, Amazon Firestick, DirecTV, and into over 10,000 retirement communities nationwide.

Throughout his career, Justin has been fortunate to learn from and work alongside icons such as Edie Falco, Richard Schiff, Aida Turturro, Vicki Lawrence, Doc Severinsen, Didi Conn, Paul Schulze, Ethan Slater, Don Buchwald, Georgia Engel, Chris Sieber, Beth Fowler, Taylor Schilling, Tovah Feldshuh, Richard Kind, Annie Golden, Kelli O’Hara, among many other respected creatives in theatre,  film, and television.

At TrailBlazing Productions, he focuses on developing original work and nurturing emerging talent, with a mission to tell fresh, compelling stories and create meaningful opportunities for diverse voices in the arts.

Christian Ferrarie is a producer and editor with a proven track record of delivering high-quality content across film, television, and digital platforms. With credits including HBO’s George Carlin’s American Dream, Marvel Studios’ Hawkeye, Showtime’s Ray Donovan, and Big Think’s flagship digital programming, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of production at every level. At Big Think, he spearheaded the creation of 200+ videos for a Fortune 1000-facing platform, overseeing creative development, production, and post while implementing streamlined workflows and data-informed strategies. Combining technical expertise with a strong creative sensibility, Christian brings a disciplined yet inventive approach to storytelling and production leadership.

Camryn DeCosta is a creative producer with a dynamic background across audio, video, and live production, specializing in taking projects from concept through final execution. Currently a Production Coordinator at Hearst Magazines, she produces co-branded photo and video shoots while overseeing all aspects of production, including budgeting, vendor coordination, studio bookings, permitting, contracts, and delivery. With experience spanning pre-production, post-editing, and live show direction, Camryn brings a sharp eye for detail and a highly collaborative approach to every project. She is known for managing complex productions with efficiency and precision while maintaining strong creative vision, consistently delivering polished, impactful content on time and at the highest standard.

Marisa Tache, the founder of MTT Casting, seamlessly melds her background as an actress and model with her passion for the entertainment industry into a thriving casting enterprise. Beginning her journey as a casting assistant with a prominent New York-based production company, Marisa honed her skills across commercials, reality TV, and social media promos. Noteworthy among her achievements is casting an IHOP commercial featured on the Food Network, orchestrating a captivating motion capture promo for CBS Sports, and recently spearheading the talent selection for a delectable baking competition show starring Duff Goldman on Food Network.
